Shipping policy

We use the Courier Guy door to door delivery for all our shipping, unless you are situated in an outlying area we reserve the right to send the parcel via Pudo or to the nearest Courier Guy Kiosk, should we exercise this right we will notify you before hand.  As soon as we have shipped your item you will be notified via email with a tracking number. 

Once the parcel has been shipped delivery can take between 2 to 5 working days to be delivered depending on the area. 

Parcel are usually dispatched with in 48 hours excluding public holidays and weekends, unless we have an high volume then it may take up to 2 weeks to be shipped, if there is a delay we will contact you directly to inform you via email or WhatsApp.
